Can I or would it be better to say Will I? Will I make 75 Hard? Or will it be like every other diet and fad?
I have a ton of reservations. I honestly don’t know if I have the discipline and will power to succeed.
Here is what I know….
RULE 1 – Follow a diet of your choice – NO CHEATING! NO ALCOHOL!
RULE 2 – Complete two 45-min workouts EVERY DAY – one of the two MUST be outside.
RULE 3- Hydration! Drink 1 Gallon of water per day
RULE 4 – Reading – 10 pages of a non-fiction self-improvement book daily
RULE 5 – Progress photos – DAILY – document your journey
AND IF YOU MESS UP…CHEAT…HAVE A COCKATIAL…FORGET A WORK OUT…YOU HAVE TO START OVER AT DAY 1!
Okay so… 3 & 4 are no problem….
5 (YIKES!) I don’t love having my picture taken. Mostly because I don’t love the way I look in pictures. That alone should give me the drive to tackle 1 & 2
This Friday – August 1st is my start date for my 75 Hard!
I have my diet plan selected – I will write my work out plans and meal plans for the next 2 weeks – 14 days – When I succeed after the 1st 14 days…the next 61 will be no problem right?
Lord, give me the discipline to overcome my cravings and weakness. Give me the desire to be the best version of myself. Give me strength to overcome the physical obstacles. Lord, let me glorify you in my success.
